Ronald G. Allen:
Ronald G. Allen has over 45 years of experience in food processing
operations, procurement, sales and account management. In 1967, Ron
began his career with a fast food company, Gino’s Inc. In 1972
Gino’s spun off their food manufacturing interest to American
Foodservice Corporation, where Ron held many executive-level
positions during his career, including Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer.
Ron’s experience in food processing included; purchasing, grinding,
forming, freezing, packaging of bulk ground beef and portioned
control patties. He also was responsible for product and process
developments.
Ron was very involved in sales and marketing. He established and
maintained the relationship with Burger King, which began in 1975.
Ron was a Board of Director Member of Meat Importers Council of
America, the newly named North American Meat Association and
Mid-Atlantic Employers Association. He also served on the
Cattleman’s Beef Board from 2006-2012.
Ron attended Temple University taking accounting and business
management courses.
Ron currently resides in the rural suburbs of Philadelphia, with his
wife Michaleen. His three children and two granddaughters also live
in the immediate area. Ron is very active in his Church and is a
member of the Paoli Hospital Foundation Board.
